Payment for accommodation fee by bank transfer or by a credit card should be made in EURO or Polish Zloty (PLN) not later than 31 May 2005. Payment by bank transfer should be made to the following bank accounts:

Participants paying for the accommodation fee in Polish Zloty (PLN) should convert the EURO amount in accordance with exchange rate of EURO into PLN on a day of bank transfer (see today exchange rate for PLN currency).

Your credit card will be charged on the amount of your payment after conversion of EURO currency into PLN acording to an exchange rate of the day.
INVOICES
If you require of a formal invoice please fill in carefully the part INVOICE in the Registration Form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received before 31st May 2005 will be subject to an administrative charge of 25% of a sum received.
No refunds for cancellation received after 31st May 2005 will be made. Substitutions by another participant can be made at any time.
