Participants paying for the registration fee in Polish Zloty (PLN) should convert the EURO amount in accordance with exchange rate of EURO into PLN on a day of bank transfer (see today exchange rate for PLN currency).

Your credit card will be charged on the amount of your payment after conversion of EURO currency into PLN acording to an exchange rate of the day.
INVOICES
If you require of a formal invoice please fill in carefully the part INVOICE in the Registration Form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received before 31st May 2005 will be subject to an administrative charge of 25% of a sum received.
No refunds for cancellation received after 31st May 2005 will be made. Substitutions by another participant can be made at any time.
