On participant's request the deadline for abstract submission is extended till 29th April 2005. Abstracts will be submitted only through the Conference web page. |

| Below you can find abstract prepatarion form for oral and poster presentation (Please keep the displayed guidelines and do not change the settings) No revision or correction will be made by the editorial team. Please save the edited abstract form as (your name_first name) and send as an attached file to Conference Secretariat. When Conference Secretariat receives your abstract, it will send you a confirmation with a reference code. In case you should not have received this confirmation by May April 15, 2005 please contact us by e-mail. |

| The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject contributions, and to assign them to lecture or poster contribution. |

| Anyone without direct access to the Internet should contact the Conference Secretariat for instructions before the abstract submission deadline. |
|
| The authors will be notified by e-mail on the acceptance of presentation, its type (oral or poster) and the duration time oral presentation by May 15, 2005. |
